SYMPTOMS

• Alternating error messages during sample injection: "Warning: Drawing sample rate excessive (-14.1)", "Fatal: Sample pressure low (-10.3): possibly no wash solvent or needle damaged"
• Error after reset and re-initialization: "Sample fluidics high pressure limit (226.4)"

ENVIRONMENT

• M-Class SM-FL

CAUSE

Blocked loop

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Exchange the loop.
2. Run the characterize needle seal and characterize needle and loop volume diagnostics as well as the syringe leak tests.
