SYMPTOMS

• "Needle/seal move limit exceeded" error
• "Seal force sensor h/w fault" error
• No issues with the spring under the seat port

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY I-Class SM-FTN
• ACQUITY H-Class SM-FTN

CAUSE

Needle not fitted correctly on needle carriage

This is what the sample needle should look like when installed correctly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reinstall the needle properly and rerun calibrations
