QSM-R gives continuous beep at power-up - WKB248206

SYMPTOMS

• QSM-R gives continuous beep at power-up
• There is no any error message in the log
• The module can work functionally with beeps

ENVIRONMENT

• Arc QSM-R/Bio QSM-R
• H-Class QSM/Bio QSM
• APC pISM/pQSM
• Premier QSM
• Arc Premier QSM

CAUSE

Leak sensor circuit 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Turn off the pump.
2. Unplug the leak sensor.
3. Turn the pump on.
4. After initialization, plug the leak sensor back in.
5. Set the customer preferences.
6. Confirm function.
7. Return to customer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If the procedure above does not resolve the issue, replace the personality board PCB (700005156).
