ANSWER

The Company or Organization name is incorrect in the waters.com account.
During submission, you can overwrite details for a specific iRequest. Check the company name and update the profile if incorrect.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Confirm that the serial number is correct. 
  2. Verify that the Organization name is correct for the specified serial number. Note that the instrument may have recently been acquired or moved from another company/division and Waters may not have been contacted to confirm a change of details. For a confirmed serial number, overtype the Organization Name with correct details (only the first three characters are required).
