CAUSE
Unstabilized THF was poured from new bottle into mobile phase reservoir bottle, causing peroxides to form.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Use THF in its original container as the reservoir bottle.
- If unable to use the original container, clean the reservoir bottle between fillings.
