"Transfer Shuttle Homing Error" on ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer - WKB24447

SYMPTOMS

• When taking a plate from a shelf or the XTS onto the y-axis transfer shuttle, the plate/vial holder becomes jammed against the shelf
• Issue seen only on certain shelves, not all
• Shelf stabilization kit is fitted

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer

CAUSE

Worn rail on the right-hand side of the shelf

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Swap the shelf for another in the organizer.
2. Replace the shelf with a new one (700009688).
