CAUSE
- Dry solvent lines
OR
- Air in solvent lines
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Wet prime all solvent lines thoroughly with 100% water.
- Ensure that pressure fluctuation is back to normal level.
- Ensure that leak test (vent valve) gives passing result.
- Verify that issue has been resolved (customer test run).
