Capillary between column and MS diverter valve pops out - WKB239455

SYMPTOMS

• Capillary from column pops out of MS diverter valve

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S micro
• Xevo TQD

CAUSE

Clogged or partially clogged ESI probe or fluidics capillaries

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace fluidics tubings (700005820), capillaries going in and out of the MS diverter valve.
2. Run flow to see if any of the capillaries comes loose. 
3. If column-to-diverter valve pops out, rebuild the ESI probe (700004672).
