- No issue connecting in Agilent preconfiguration utility
- Runs with no issue in Agilent test app
ENVIRONMENT
- Agilent ICF 3.5.1
- Agilent LC
- Empower 3.7.0
CAUSE
Internet Protocol Version TCP/IP v6 is enabled on the LAN connection.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Log in to PC as an Administrator.
- Disable Internet Protocol Version TCP/IP v6.
- Reboot PC.
