OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Park the vent valve on an ACQUITY UPLC solvent manager to align the cartridge with the drive assembly and allow cartridge replacement.

• ACQUITY UPLC

PROCEDURE

1. In the console, go to the interactive display page for the appropriate solvent manager.
2. On the right-hand side, click to allow control of vent valve positioning.
3. Select the Vent option under the vent valve position.
