SYMPTOMS
- Pump makes ticking sound when flow is on
ENVIRONMENT
- 515 HPLC Pump
- 1515 Isocratic HPLC Pump
- 1525 Binary HPLC Pump
CAUSE
The indicator rod is stuck, not moving freely.
FIX or WORKAROUND
When flow is on, pull gently on the indicator rod to free it up. Power cycle if necessary to re-initialize the pump.
