2767 does not draw up the correct amount of solvent in partial-loop injection - WKB228423

SYMPTOMS

• Needle draws up proper amount during full-loop injections
• Sample syringe fills completely during priming 

ENVIRONMENT

• 2767 Sample Manager
• 3767 Sample Manager
• AutoPurification
• MassLynx

CAUSE

The sample syringe volume is set incorrectly in the 2767 configuration.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the Inlet Editor.
2. Under Waters2767/3767 > Select Configuration, adjust the syringe size to the correct volume.
