SYMPTOMS
- Baseline ripples are equal over the entire gradient run
- Present only when pump A and pump B are pumping at the same time
- Leak tests pass
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC BSM

CAUSE
TFA in mobile phase. The 50-µL mixer is too small.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Install a 100-µL mixer (205000404) or a 380-µL mixer (205000705).
- The amount of TFA should be exactly the same in A and B.
