  • Wash syringe leak tests successful
  • Sample syringe leak test successful
  • Needle and loop characterization successful
  • VDD passing at an acceptable rate

CAUSE

Damage to needle

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Replace the needle (700009095). 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customer replaced Klarez O-ring themselves, but they did not tighten the needle wash port, which caused the needle to bend on initialization. They also dislodged the wash port inlet, causing a small leak, which also would have contributed to the error.
