OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Change the placement of the sample organizer shelves.

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer

PROCEDURE

1. Add, move, or remove the sample organizer shelves so that the shelf configuration fits the plates used.
2. Close the sample organizer door when the shelves have been rearranged.
3. Select the sample organizer from the system tree on the console screen.
4. Click Settings > Scan and Save Shelf Layout.
5. Set up the shelves in the software (Empower or MassLynx).
