ANSWER

■ Organic solvent
・IPA if no salt is added to the mobile phase
・ Water/methanol = 50/50 when salt is added to the mobile phase
・ If salt of 50 mM or more is added to the mobile phase, use water/methanol = 50/50 and set a short seal wash cycle in the instrument method

■ Aqueous solvent
・ Water/methanol = 90/10 for all aqueous solvents, with or without additives
・ When 100 mM or more salt is added to the mobile phase, set a short seal wash cycle in the instrument method
