SYMPTOMS
- Error message appears when starting injection
- No other error messages in the console logs
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY I-Class SM-FL
CAUSE
Corrupt instrument driver. Both the SM-FL and the SM-FTN driver were installed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove the SM-FL and SM-FTN drivers.
- Reinstall the SM-FL driver.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If upgrading from 1.60 to 1.65 ICS drivers for the SM, the old inlet methods will not open the Autosampler page. You need to create new methods.
