SYMPTOMS
- System consistently loses prime

CAUSE
The solvent lines contain air bubbles.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Degas the mobile phase (such as by sonicating it) prior to putting it on the system.
- Prime the lines at 7.5 mL/min for at least 2 minutes each.
