ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
CAUSE
Within the injection station, the teeth below the needle seal are misaligned in the spring.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Inspect the needle seal spring and ensure that all three teeth are properly aligned inside of the spring.
- Characterize the needle seal after reinstallation.
