• Sample set hangs up after the equilibrate line for ACQUITY UPC² system
• The system equilibrates but does not continue to the subsequent injection

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 4
• Driver Pack 2017
• Column Manager 30S

CAUSE

Defect

FIX or WORKAROUND

Add an equilibrate line to the sample set before each column switch. Set the run time to 10 seconds and the flow to 0.
