SYMPTOMS
- Inlet status has no lights
- Pressure and flow readbacks are frozen
- Resetting communications and/or resetting the individual instruments through the software does not help
ENVIRONMENT

- MassLynx
CAUSE
External network hub is overheating.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Pull the network hub out a little from its compartment to increase the air flow around the unit.
