For the Waters two-position, six-port switching valve, the display reads 1.1 and does not switch valve position - WKB17081

SYMPTOMS

• Display reads 1.1 in stand-alone and remote modes
• Display does not change from 1.1 when selecting position 1 or position 2

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Perform the "Electronic Self Test" (see the attached Operating Manual for Fluid Processors, page 10).
2. Place the unit in Local mode and simultaneously press both of the directional indicating buttons located near the Local-Remote button for 1 second.
3. Allow diagnostics to cycle through the test.
4. The display will show valve position 1 or 2 when selected.
