ACQUITY H-Class System Overpressure Error - WKB16398

SYMPTOMS

• ACQUITY H-Class System Overpressure Error with a low flow rate

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class

CAUSE

The Seat Port Assembly .004 ID (700005234) clogged.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Unscrew the needle assembly's fitting from injector port 4.
2. Unscrew the Seat Port Assembly´s fitting from injector port 1.
3. Screw the Seat Port Assembly's fitting in injector port 4.
4. Back-flush with water to remove clog
5. If back-flushing does not remove clog, replace Seat Port Assembly .004 ID (part number 700005234)
6. Return instrument to original configuration
