H-Class injection reproducibility is poor - WKB14800

SYMPTOMS

• H-Class injection reproducibility is poor and peak area is too small.

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class SM-FTN
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class SM-FTN

CAUSE

Six-way valve no.3, 4-channel is not free and suction is inaccurate.

FIX or WORKAROUND

The reproducibility is normal after replacing the six-way valve.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Before replacing the six-way valve, confirm that the system leak test and sample syringe leak test passed.
