• PLUNO injection within range of 20% to 75% sample loop
• All lines primed
• Retention times OK
• Passes characterize needle seal and characterize needle and loop volume

CAUSE

Worn sample syringe

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the sample syringe (700002570 - Syringe 100 µL HP).
