Yes, the option is available and can be done by first selecting the required single 2D channel on the 2D Channels tab and then setting the time to make the change in the Events tab, as shown below:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Although this option exists, it is not required if using 3D collection; just extract the wavelength of interest.
Otherwise, you can collect data using a separate 2D channel. Empower allows for eight single 2D channels.
