- Solvent leaks at injection valve
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
Damaged outlet tubing at the injection valve
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove the damaged outlet tubing.
- Install new outlet tubing.
- Verify that the injection valve stopped leaking at the outlet tubing.
