The LEDs that show the numbers of the shelves in the ACQUITY Sample Organizer do not come on - WKB11076

SYMPTOMS

• LED showing the number of shelf does not turn on
• LED comes on with a symbol showing that the tray is in the Sample Manager
• ACQUITY Console shows the correct position of shelves in Sample Organizer and which shelves have sample trays

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY Sample Organizer

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Move one of the shelves to a new position.
2. Reset the Sample Organizer to force a rescan of the shelves.
