SYMPTOMS

• Sample Organizer idle, not transferring plates 
• Does not shuttle plates in interactive display

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class

CAUSE

Bad communication of unknown cause    

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Power-off the sample organizer and clear it from the sample manager-FTN configuration. 
2. Power-on the sample organizer.
3. Add the sample organizer to the sample manager configuration.
4. Test function with plate shuttles.
