- Organizer makes loud grinding noise
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer (SO)
- Common Platform Sample Organizer (CPSO)
CAUSE
A plate has fallen off the back of a shelf and become trapped under the transfer mechanism (YTS).
FIX or WORKAROUND
Remove the trapped plate and ensure that the organizer can transfer plates normally.
