- Can ping the IP address assigned to the iLAN card
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
- Agilent LC
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Bad Ethernet cables running to both systems
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the bad cables with working cables (441000456).
