- Degassser vacuum hw error after power-on.
- Degasser no vacuum error
- Reset does not help.
- Restart does not help.
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC BSM
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Quaternary Solvent Manager (QSM)
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
CAUSE
- System not in use for a period of time.
- Possible air in system.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Prime pump all lines with 100% methanol for 15-20 minutes.
- Restart pump
- Reset pump in ACQUITY console.
