“Calibration differs” after initial diagnosis with 2475 Multi-Wavelength Fluorescence Detector - WKB100389

Article number: 100389

SYMPTOMS

  • “Calibration differs” appears after initial diagnosis

ENVIRONMENT

  • 2475 Multi-Wavelength Fluorescence Detector

CAUSE

After power-on, calibration is compared with the previous calibration result during initialization. If any of the calibration points differ by 2.0 nm or more,
the wavelength and the difference are displayed. Possible reasons:

  • Air bubbles in the flow cell
  • Defective optics

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Flow into the flow cell and remove the air bubbles inside the cell.
  2. If step 1 does not resolve the issue, perform the calibration manually.
