2707 not found in Breeze 2 node properties - WKB10001

SYMPTOMS

• 2707 cannot be found in Breeze 2 node properties

ENVIRONMENT

• 2707 Autosampler
• Breeze 2

CAUSE

Problem with 2707 ICS 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Ensure that all Ethernet cables are connected correctly
2. Determine the 2707 ICS version by clicking Control Panel > Programs > View Programs.
3. Uninstall 2707 ICS and restart the computer.
4. Install 2707 ICS and restart the computer.
5. Log in to Breeze 2 and connect again.
