SYMPTOMS
- When trying to import MassLynx raw data files into waters_connect, the import status says "failed"
ENVIRONMENT
- waters_connect 3.2.0
- MassLynx
CAUSE
The space of the operating system disk is full.
FIX or WORKAROUND
1. Clear c:\programdata\waters\capture\TE_TEMP of all files.
2. Expand the space of drive C.
3. Do not import too much MassLynx data at once.
