ANSWER

Ask the customer to permit access on the waters_connect server to the following site using standard https port 443: https://api.rsc.org/

• If the local system account cannot access the internet, they must run the Waters UNIFI Service Host service with a domain service user who has access to the internet on the server.
• The domain server user account should be configured as a member of the local administrator and ora_dba groups on the server.
