Can imported Cyclic IMS or MassLynx data be accessed from the waters_connect database via the API? - WKB268265

• Third-party API enabled apps, such as:

  • MS Convert
  • Byos
  • Mass Metasite
  • Spectral Works Remote Analyzer

ANSWER

The waters_connect UNIFI API does not allow third-party applications to access imported Cyclic IMS MassLynx data. 

However, many of these apps can directly use the MassLynx raw data from a Cyclic IMS instrument without first importing it into waters_connect.
