ANSWER

Microsoft has released new versions of Windows 10 every six months, and some of these have quite limited periods of support. This is impacting the waters_connect network clients currently deployed and those migrations happening currently because build 20H2 Pro ended support in May 2022.

Waters decided to thoroughly test and officially support the more recent build 21H2 Pro, which is now supported by Microsoft until June 2023.

Testing of future builds will be considered as they are released for network clients.

Note: This testing and support does not apply to the workstation or LND products that are supported on the 2016 LTSB (1607) build until Oct 2026.
