MassLynx imports fail during import stage in UNIFI app in waters_connect UNIFI 1.9.13 - WKB237259

SYMPTOMS

• Error: Capture operation was canceled due to conflicts with another program concurrently making changes to the data
• Error: Error writing stream: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
• Error: Error writing stream: Stream not open

ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect
• UNIFI 3.1.0 and earlier
• Workstation (Network not affected)

CAUSE

CRI-4694 (INFPLT-40416)

A new data file is not created during a MassLynx import. This causes the various writing stream errors in the database.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• This issue was fixed in UNIFI 3.4.0, which is included in waters_connect 3.1.1.
• Please upgrade
