If your EASI Graphs display no results despite having all data and procedures present, the issue may be due to incompatibility between ASTRA software versions. Specifically, files created in ASTRA 7.1.4 may not render graphs when opened in ASTRA 7.1.3. To resolve this issue, you can either upgrade your ASTRA version via the Support Center or ask the file provider to save the file in a compatible format. ASTRA’s “Save As” feature allows saving in different version formats. This ensures compatibility and proper graph rendering.

If you open a file and all data and procedures are present but no graph is created in EASI graph, it is likely that you are opening a file from a newer version of ASTRA. For example, if you are using Astra 7.1.3 and you open a file created in Astra 7.1.4, the EASI Graphs are not drawn.

You can upgrade ASTRA by logging into the Support Center and going to Software support. You can also ask the person who provided the file to save it in the ASTRA format for the version you are using.
