If your EASI Graphs are not displaying results despite having all data and procedures present, the issue may be due to version incompatibility between ASTRA software versions. Specifically, files created in ASTRA 7.1.4 may not render graphs when opened in ASTRA 7.1.3. To resolve this, you can either upgrade your ASTRA version via the Support Center or ask the file provider to save the file in a compatible format. ASTRA’s “Save As” feature allows saving in different version formats. This ensures compatibility and proper graph rendering.

Why don't my EASI Graphs show any results?
If you open a file and all data and procedures are present but no graph draws in EASI graph, it is likely that you are opening a file from a newer version of ASTRA. For example, if you are using Astra 7.1.3 and you open a file created in Astra 7.1.4, the EASI Graphs will not draw.
You can upgrade ASTRA by logging into the Support Center and going to Software support. You can also ask the person who provided the file to save it in the ASTRA format for the version you are using. When you choose "Save As" in ASTRA, you will be given the option to save the file in different ASTRA file format types.
