How to export the compound names in the Science Library from UNIFI to Excel - WKB93997

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Manage the compound names registered in the Science Library;
export the compound name, formula, and monoisotopic mass to Excel.

PROCEDURE

The Science Library can only be exported to the .ulc file format.
However, it is possible to display the required information on the Manage Library Items screen
and copy them with the following method.

1. Open the Administration window.
2. From the Scientific Library column, click Search libraries.
3. Select the name of the Science Library in which the compound was registered for Search, and click the Search button.
4. In the Search Results column, right-click on the table header, such as Name, and select Add Column.
5. Add the items you want to copy, such as Formula and CAS Number, to the right-hand column and click OK.
6. Select all the cells in the table and press Ctrl + C on your keyboard to copy them.
7. Open Excel and paste.
