Cannot import MassLynx data into UNIFI - WKB9345

Article number: 9345

SYMPTOMS

  • Unable to import MassLynx data into UNIFI without getting messages about a lack of space.
  • The UNIFI installed drive has plenty of remaining hard drive space.

ENVIRONMENT

  • UNIFI 1.8.2 workstation configuration

CAUSE

C drive is full.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Browse to C:\Users\<insert your user name here>\AppData\Local\Temp.
  2. Manually delete items in the temp directory.
  3. Empty Recycle Bin.
  4. Retry.
