ANSWER

After assigning a component, if it is not registered in the Component List of the Analysis Method, it will return to the state before assignment.

  1. Assign the component.
  2. The component name (assume CompoundA) is displayed in Identified Compornent.
  3. Right-click the CompoundA and select Send To > Science Library.
  4. Select Analysis Method from the Edit menu in the upper right corner on the Analysis screen.
  5.  Select Manage Components on the Purpose tab.
  6.  Click Import and select CompoundA from the Science Library to which the CompoundA is registered.
  7.  Confirm that CompoundA is registered in the Manage Components screen, and click Update in the upper right.
  8.  On the Analysis screen, click the Process button.
