ANSWER

The following four items are necessary.

1. Scientific Library that has registered the structural formula of the target compound to be simulated
2.  The target compound is registered on the Manage Components page of the Analysis Method, and the "Transformations" column is checked.
3. In Analysis Method, Analysis Specific Settings > Transformations-> "Run the cleavage tool" is checked (Analysis Method of Pathway Profiling )
4. Analysis of data including the target compound processed by the above analysis method

On the Identified Component page of the Analysis Review screen, select the line of the target compound to be simulate.
Select Cleavages Review from the Tools in the upper right, a diagram simulating the structures of the target compound and fragments is displayed.
