• Analysis is a screening IMS type containing more than 4000 components

Allow the system to run to completion.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To help speed up the processing, you can raise the Apex Threshold values so that fewer low-abundance spectra are generated to match against. Default screening values are typically low (50/25). Raising them to 100/50 should help.
