Cannot log in to UNIFI - WKB73100

SYMPTOMS

• The UNIFI login screen appears, and you can enter a username and password, but for several minutes no portal window appears
• Can open the login screen as many as two additional times, and eventually three UNIFI screens appear, but all are greyed out and say that UNIFI is not responding
• The PC received a small update recently

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9.4 workstation

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reboot the workstation.
