Communication issue with ACQUITY PDA in UNIFI workgroup - WKB51168

SYMPTOMS
- When resetting the PDA, it initially shows green/idle in the console pane, but it then switches to red and shows communication error
- All other components have good communications
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Take the system offline and close UNIFI.
- On the LND, stop the Waters Service Host service and restart it; ensure that it restarts with no errors.
- On the UNIFI client, open UNIFI software, navigate to Device Management > Laboratory Network Devices and reset the device.
- Bring the system back online.
- Verify that communications to the PDA are satisfactory.
