SYMPTOMS

• Edited an analysis method before processing results. Selected manage components to check the sequence. The following errors appear:
  • Exception thrown when calling IUIAccessReceiver.DeliverPortalAccess() for a portal item. Source: /Waters.AnalysisMethod.UI:OutputsReportingItem
  • Exception thrown when calling IUIAccessReceiver.DeliveryCompleted() for a portal item. Source:WorkAreaItem/Waters.AnalysisMethod.UI:OutputsReportingItem

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI server

CAUSE

Unknown - The instrument system online is different than the one in the analysis method.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change the configuration to match the instrument system online.
