- New user created
- Password reset before user logs in
- Generated password does not work
ENVIRONMENT
- waters_connect 3.0
CAUSE
The default password is still active.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Log in with the username as the password, and then reset the password.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The password cannot be reset until after a user has logged in at least once. The reset appears to work but the password is not changed.
