Incorrect username or password when logging in to WDM - WKB245689

SYMPTOMS

• Even when using correct username and password, the system tells you that the username or password is incorrect

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI
• waters_connect
• Waters Database Manager (WDM)

CAUSE

You must be logged in to to Windows with a local administrator account.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Log in to Windows with a local administrator account. (The default username is Administrator with a capital A.)
